What types of shoots work best at 480?
The studio is purpose-built for natural light photography and video production — e-commerce, brand shoots, headshots, editorial, content creation, product photography, fashion, lifestyle, and corporate video. The reversible accent wall (white paneled or moody lime wash) and arched dressing rooms open up a wide range of creative looks in one space.
What's included in the studio rental?
Your rental includes the full 3,000 sq ft studio, two private dressing rooms, natural light, the reversible accent wall, paper backdrops (Black, White, Pink), gold clothing rack, steamer, fan, ring light, power strips, lounge seating, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, kitchen amenities (ice maker, coffee maker, filtered water, microwave, beverage drawers), complimentary parking, and climate control. Note: event furniture (dining tables & chairs for 48) is included in Events packages only, not production rentals.
How long is the minimum booking?
The minimum production booking is 2 hours at $199. Your booked time includes setup, shoot, tear down, and clean-up — plan your timeline accordingly.
Are there dressing rooms on-site?
Yes — the studio features two private dressing rooms with beautiful arched entries that can also serve as unique photo backdrops.
Do you have paper backdrops?
Yes — current paper backdrop colors are black, white, and pink. Reach out in advance if you need a specific color and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes — ample complimentary parking is available right outside the studio. No stress, no meters, no walking.
What are the cleaning expectations?
Your rental includes a basic reset clean (vacuum, mop, counters, restroom). Please bag up trash and dispose of it in the dumpster behind the building, and leave the space as you found it. An additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the space requires extra attention or a deep clean.
What happens if we run over our booked time?
Overages are billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. We recommend planning your timeline to wrap up comfortably within your booked hours — your end time includes final clean-up.
Are there any restrictions we should know about?
No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets allowed. No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, cake smashes, or open flame. This is a professional building — only intimate events that will leave the space in pristine condition are approved. Local sound ordinances apply.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Yes! Outside food and beverages are welcome. Licensed vendors for catering, flowers, decorations, music, and more are encouraged. The kitchen has an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, drawer refrigerator, sink, and large island — please note there is no stove or oven.
