How many people can attend a corporate event?
The studio accommodates up to 50 attendees comfortably — ideal for team off-sites, department trainings, or curated networking events. The open floor plan can be configured for classroom-style seating, roundtable, cocktail, or mixed formats.
What types of corporate events can you host?
We're a great fit for team trainings, workshops, lunch-and-learns, off-site strategy sessions, networking events, product launches, and small-scale conferences. The natural light, open layout, and private setting make for a more focused, energized experience than a standard conference room or hotel ballroom.
Can we arrange catering for our event?
Absolutely — licensed caterers, baristas, and bartenders are welcome. The kitchen includes an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, drawer refrigerator, sink, and a large island that works perfectly as a buffet or drink station. No stove or oven on-site.
Is AV or presentation equipment included?
We don't include a projector or screens, but the space has ample power outlets and strong Wi-Fi so you can bring your own setup. Many clients use portable monitors, laptops, or rent equipment externally. The Bluetooth speaker is included for background music or presentations.
Is the space private during our event?
Yes — every booking is an exclusive, private rental. No other events are happening in the building during your session. Your team has the full 3,000 sq ft to themselves for the duration of your booking.
What does my rental time include?
Your booked time is all-in — arrival, deliveries, load-in, setup, the event itself, tear-down, and clean-up. The studio must be fully vacated by your end time.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes — ample complimentary parking is available right outside the studio. No stress, no meters, no walking.
What are the cleaning expectations?
Your rental includes a basic reset clean (vacuum, mop, counters, restroom). Please bag up trash and dispose of it in the dumpster behind the building, and leave the space as you found it. An additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the space requires extra attention or a deep clean.
What happens if we run over our booked time?
Overages are billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. We recommend planning your timeline to wrap up comfortably within your booked hours — your end time includes final clean-up.
Are there any restrictions we should know about?
No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets allowed. No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, cake smashes, or open flame. This is a professional building — only intimate events that will leave the space in pristine condition are approved. Local sound ordinances apply.
