Bookings include use our 3,000 square foot private studio space for an intimate event. Maximum of 50 people total in renters party.
Rental time begins promptly and ends promptly at your booked time and includes deliveries, load-in, setup, tear down and clean up. The studio must be vacated by the scheduled end time and no later. All of your decorations, trash and any outside rentals must be removed at the end of your booking time.
Event packages include a basic reset cleaning after your event (vacuum, mop, wipe down counters, restroom cleaned). The space should be left in the same condition you found it in. Please bag up and dispose of your trash in the dumpster behind the building. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the studio requires a deep clean after your booking.
No Smoking or vaping of any type on the property. No glitter, smoke, confetti, cake smashes, fire or other materials that you cannot easily clean up before you leave.
No pets allowed in the space per our lease.
This is a professional building, only intimate events that will leave our space in pristine condition will be approved, this space is not appropriate for large parties or children’s parties. Local sound ordinances must be followed.
You are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages for your event as well as hiring professional vendors for music, flowers, decorations, planning, catering, etc.
