How many guests can attend our micro wedding?
Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests — the ideal size for an intimate micro wedding or elopement celebration. The space feels warm and personal rather than cavernous.
What does my rental time include?
Your booked time is all-in — arrival, deliveries, load-in, setup, the event itself, tear-down, and clean-up. The studio must be fully vacated by your end time.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Yes! Outside food and beverages are welcome. Licensed vendors for catering, flowers, decorations, music, and more are encouraged. The kitchen has an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, drawer refrigerator, sink, and large island — please note there is no stove or oven.
Can we hold both the ceremony and reception here?
Yes! Many couples use the full 10-hour package for ceremony, portraits, cocktail hour, and reception all in one location. The natural light, archways, and elegant finishes make a stunning backdrop for every moment.
Are decorations allowed?
Absolutely — balloon installations, backdrops, florals, and centerpieces are all welcome. Glitter, confetti, smoke, and cake smashes are not permitted, as these can't be fully cleaned within your booking. No open flame of any kind on the property.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes — ample complimentary parking is available right outside the studio. No stress, no meters, no walking.
What are the cleaning expectations?
Your rental includes a basic reset clean (vacuum, mop, counters, restroom). Please bag up trash and dispose of it in the dumpster behind the building, and leave the space as you found it. An additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the space requires extra attention or a deep clean.
What happens if we run over our booked time?
Overages are billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. We recommend planning your timeline to wrap up comfortably within your booked hours — your end time includes final clean-up.
Are there any restrictions we should know about?
No smoking or vaping on the property. No pets allowed. No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, cake smashes, or open flame. This is a professional building — only intimate events that will leave the space in pristine condition are approved. Local sound ordinances apply.
Is photography included?
Photography isn't included in the rental, but our studio is purpose-built for stunning natural light photos. We can connect you with recommended photographers upon request.
